Embodied Leadership is a scientific, multi-disciplinary, neurobiological, and somatic (body-centered) approach to accessing our innate physiological intelligence (the natural intelligence of our bodies) and impacting others through our communication and conversations.

Embodied Leadership is a scientific, multi-disciplinary, neurobiological, and somatic (body-centered) approach to accessing our innate physiological intelligence (the natural intelligence of our bodies) and impacting others through our communication and conversations.


This powerful approach to leadership is based on science and neuroscience - veering radically from traditional, outdated
knowledge-based leadership approaches, which focus on improving leadership intelligence through learning tips, tricks
and techniques. Ironically, these traditional leadership approaches will fail us during times of stress and conflict by rendering us unable to recall our knowledge at critical moments. During these critical moments we default to ineffective emotional reactions rather than right-minded responses.


Embodied Leadership supports us in working with our natural nervous system responses so we are no longer hijacked by our mind and emotions. We become equipped and empowered to self-regulate through challenges, and engage in impactful conversations and interactions with our team members, colleagues, bosses, clients, customers and loved ones, and cause breakthrough results, and a brand-new future - with significantly less effort and much greater efficacy and joy. The missing secret ingredient to achieving breakthrough results and confident communication is through developing physiological, somatic leadership intelligence.


The most effective leaders are connected to their natural instinctual selves. They embody a deep sense of power and confidence. Because of this, they are able to engage in making impactful decisions and achieve breakthrough results in inspired, playful, and easy ways - while making an even greater impact.


In the mobile analogy, as you transform yourself through embodied leadership you are now able to engage in transformational conversations. When the center piece in the mobile moves (you, the leader), it influences and impacts ALL other pieces (clients, colleagues, bosses, kids, spouses, etc.) to also move - easily and harmoniously. There is now a synergy at play in the system. This is the distinction between true power versus force and effort. This is the power Embodied Leadership.
